Rawson Homes, in partnership with Dexus, delivered Eucalypt Grove—a 73-lot house and land community in Austral, successfully completing land sales in 2025. The project showcased Rawson’s end-to-end capability across development services, including masterplanning input, project management, product design, and integrated marketing and sales delivery.

Working collaboratively with Dexus, Rawson managed key aspects of the project lifecycle, from concept refinement and housing typologies through to go-to-market strategy and customer acquisition. This included the delivery of tailored home designs aligned to buyer demand, coordinated sales campaigns, and flexible purchasing options to maximise market reach.

Throughout a challenging and evolving market environment, the team remained agile—strategically pivoting between house and land packages, land-only offerings, and turnkey single-contract homes. This adaptive approach ensured strong sales momentum was maintained and project performance targets were successfully achieved.

Eucalypt Grove stands as a demonstration of Rawson Homes’ ability to partner with institutional developers to deliver commercially successful, market-responsive residential communities.
