Located in Sydney’s growing Northwest Corridor, The Hills of Carmel project demonstrates Rawson Homes’ capability to deliver high-quality, small-scale residential developments for institutional partners.
Delivered under an AS4902 Design & Construct contract for Daiwa House Group, the project involved the design and construction of eight two-storey homes across separate lots. Rawson managed all approvals, including a combination of CDC and DA pathways, ensuring a streamlined and efficient transition from planning through to delivery.
Leveraging Rawson’s in-house design studio and interior expertise, the homes were thoughtfully curated with premium finishes and carefully selected materials—enhancing both quality and market appeal. This collaborative approach ensured alignment with Daiwa House’s vision while maintaining cost certainty and program efficiency.
Through regular fortnightly site meetings and Project Control Group (PCG) forums, Rawson maintained clear communication and transparency with all stakeholders, ensuring the project remained on track and within budget at every stage.
As the second successful collaboration with Daiwa House Group, this project reinforces Rawson Homes’ ability to partner with global developers to deliver tailored, end-to-end housing solutions with precision and consistency.
