Set within the coastal surrounds of Fullerton Cove and the Tasman Sea, this project highlights Rawson Homes’ ability to deliver tailored, high-quality developments within complex, live environments.

Delivered under an AS4902 Design & Construct contract, the project comprises 19 single and double-storey Independent Living Units (ILUs), including two-storey homes fitted with lifts to support long-term accessibility. Designed in line with Silver Star accessibility standards, the homes cater to the evolving needs of seniors living while maintaining a strong focus on comfort and functionality.

Rawson’s integrated project team managed the coordination of design, approvals and consultant engagement, ensuring a seamless and efficient delivery aligned to the client’s program. Regular Project Control Group (PCG) meetings facilitated clear communication and proactive issue management, keeping all stakeholders informed throughout each stage.

Working within an active, occupied community alongside existing residents and other builders, Rawson demonstrated strong site management and stakeholder engagement. Ongoing communication with residents ensured transparency around construction activities, minimising disruption and maintaining a positive living environment.

This project reinforces Rawson Homes’ capability to deliver flexible, client-focused solutions—particularly within live sites—while upholding quality, safety and program certainty in the retirement living sector.
