Building a home usually takes between six to 12 months, however you need to take into account other factors such as site preparation, building approvals and other pre-build steps. Build times will be shorter for smaller, less complex homes built on flat blocks. Can’t wait this long? Ready Built homes are close to completion or already completed, meaning that your move-in day can be far sooner!

On the lower end of complexity, you’re looking at around $2,500 per square metre. If you desire super high-end materials and maximum customisation, that price will be significantly higher - perhaps up to or exceeding $7,600 per square metre.
