It’s positioned at one of the highest points in Strathnairn, the first suburb of Ginninderry, providing residents with a unique living experience.
The community features a mix of three and four-bedroom homes as well as one and two-bedroom apartments. These homes are designed with modern eco-living in mind, including a 7-star Energy Efficiency Rating, solar panels, and provisions for Electric Vehicle charging points.
Residents have access to various activities, including nature tracks for hiking, local parks for relaxation, and the opportunity to join nearby sports teams.
